.b Mindfulness in Schools Programme

.b and Paws b are fun, engaging and useful multiple-session mindfulness courses for young people, adapted from the adult courses Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. They have been evaluated positively by the University of Cambridge and Oxford Brookes, and can be used in a wide range of contexts and age ranges.

.b and Paws b were carefully crafted by classroom teachers to engage everyone, including the most cynical of student audiences. They are taught with striking visuals, film clips and activities that bring mindfulness to life without losing the expertise and integrity of classic mindfulness teaching.

.b and Paws b aim to give students mindfulness as a life-skill. Students use Mindfulness to:
- feel happier
- get on better with others
- help them concentrate and learn better
- help cope with stress and anxiety
- perform better music and sport
