Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme

The course consists of eight weekly sessions. This highly participatory, practical course includes:

  • Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
  • Gentle Mindful movement (Hatha Yoga)
  • Group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life
  • Individually tailored instruction
  • Daily home assignments
  • Four home practice CDs and a home practice manual 
The course is both challenging and life-affirming. You will be work with your instructor in a safe, supportive, and engaging group or 1-1 environment (depending upon your preference).
